Motion: The Board of Education authorize the Superintendent, or designee, to sign the attached Takeover Agreement as presented.
 

X.B. ELESPA (Paraprofessionals) TA 1-1-22  to 6-30-24
Motion: The Board of Education approve the changes to the agreement between the East Lansing Board of Education and the East Lansing Educational Support Association (ELESPA) covering the period of January 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024 as presented.
 

X.C. Adoption of New Policy Manual
Motion: The Board of Education adopt the Policy Manual with the exception of Policy 5207 Anti-Bullying, as presented.
