VII.A. K-5 music and art requirement in Michigan, presented by Dr. Ryan Shaw, Michigan Music Education Association, ELPS music teachers Patti Kroth, Eric Cadena and Mikaela Vanator.

VIII.A. Bond Resolution
Motion:  The Board approve the Resolution Authorizing the Issuance and Delegating the Sale of Bonds and Other Matters Relating Thereto as presented.  

VIII.B. 80/20 / Hard Cap Healthcare Resolution
Motion: The Board of Education adopt the Resolution to Comply with PA 152 of 2011 as presented.

VIII.C. Summer Tax Levy
Motion: The Board of Education adopt the resolution, as presented, to impose a 100% summer tax levy to collect all school property taxes.

VIII.D. Tuition Rates
Motion: The Board of Education approve the 2019-20 tuition rates as presented.

VIII.E. Policy 3600 - Reimbursement of Expenses
Motion: The Board approve the revision to Policy 3600 – Reimbursement of Expenses as presented.
