VIII.A. Schools of Choice 2016-17

VIII.A.1. Motion: The Board of Education approve the resolution for the district's participation in schools of Choice Section 105 and 105c for the 2016-17 school year as presented.

VIII.A.2. Motion: The Board of Education approve a total of 128 Schools of Choice openings for the 2016-17 school year as follows: Kindergarten - 30; 1st grade -30; 3rd grade - 15; 4th grade - 21; 5th grade - 19; 7th grade - 13.

VIII.B. HS Pool Project
Motion: The Board of Education award the Pool Refinish Project bid to Advanced Pool Services, Inc. in the amount of $126,150.00. |
VIII.C. Transfer of 2012 Capital Projects Funds to General Fund
Motion: The Board of Education authorizes the transfer of $63,700 from the 2012 Capital Projects Fund to the General Fund and revises the current commitment of funds in the 2012 Capital Projects Fund to an aggregate total of $111,300 for addressing needs at Donley Elementary, Glencairn Elementary, Marble Elementary, Pinecrest Elementary, Whitehills Elementary, and MacDonald Middle School. |
