VI.A. "Let Freedom Ring" bell-ringing event
Motion:  The Board of Education support the "Let Freedom Ring" bell-ringing event on August 28, 2013 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Dr. King's "I Have a Dream" speech, and furthermore direct all available school bells to ring at 3:00 p.m. consistent with nationwide participation.
