The Board will adjourn into executive session accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c)(e)(f) for the selection of final candidates for the Superintendent vacancy, review employee benefit cost and for the purpose of considering an Expulsion Order with regard to disciplinary charges against a student, which if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of the student involved in such conduct.
