Description:
Every year, the Threat Assessment Plan must be board-approved and filed with the ROE. The document includes the team members and the plan that is followed should there be a student who is a threat to themselves or others. A Clear and Present Danger report must be filed with the Illinois State Police. If the Illinois State Police agree there is clear and present danger after their investigation, the parent's FOID card would be suspended for five years.
