Description:
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
"BE IT RESOLVED THAT: -This Board of Education recognizes, appreciates and values the role that librarians play in education. -This Board of Education understands the importance of literacy and access to print media for all children in the Lansing School District. -This Board of Education will guarantee access to libraries, resolving to have at least one library in each in-person, multi-grade school. -This Board of Education will continue to invest in literacy advancements, including supporting access to libraries and librarians".

Description:
RECOMMENDED MOTION: "that the Board of Education change the previously scheduled meetings and adopt the new 2024 Board Calendar as presented."
