3. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
The Board welcomes comments and questions from the public. If you wish to address the Board, please fill out a public participation sheet available at the table and give it to the Board Secretary.  We ask that you limit your comments to three (3) minutes. If more than one person will be addressing the same topic, we ask that you appoint a spokesperson to speak for the group. Speakers may offer objective criticism of school operations and programs, but the Board will not hear comments regarding individual school personnel. (Policy BDDH: Public Comment at Board Meetings)
 

4. THANK YOU

4.A. The board would like to thank Mid Coast Mustang and Ford Club for their generous donation of back packs. The club donated (3) packs for girls and (3) packs for boys for the K-6th Grade levels. In addition, they donated (3) packs for girls and (3) packs for boys for the 7th-12th Grade levels.

4.B. The board would like to thank the Oregon Bay Area Jeep Club for their generous donation of school supplies to include: backpacks, Crayons/Markers, Pens/Pencils, 3-ring Binders and other miscellaneous items.

4.C. The board would like to thank Bay Area Sportsmans Association for the incredible donation of $5,000 towards the Clyde Allen Scoreboard.

4.D. The board would like to thank Soroptomist International of Coos Bay for their donation of $960 to be spent towards the "Clothes Closet" program.

4.E. The board would like to thank the North Bend School Foundation for the following:
$1500 - Band Grant for Drum Harnesses
$4500 - Science Text and Supplies for LabQuest 3's

4.F. The board thanks an anonymous donor for the kind donation of $2,000 towards football helmets.
