The Lane Education Board of Directors will convene in Executive Session "to consider the employment of a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent," pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (a), and to "consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection," pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (f).
All matters discussed during the executive session are confidential and shall not be disclosed by any representative of the news media without authorization by the school board. |
