1. Call Budget Meeting to Order and Pledge of Allegiance

3.a. Election of Budget Committee Officers

Description: The Budget Committee will need to elect a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.

5. Presentation & Review of Budget Documents

Presenter: Randy Anderson, CFO

6. Public Comments on the proposed 2025-2026 Budget document

Description: Public comment will be accepted for the May 6th, 2025 budget committee meeting on the 2025-2026 budget document.

Public comment options are noted below:

Sign-up to speak at the meeting: A sign-up form will be available for those wishing to speak to the District Budget Committee in person. Comments will follow District Policy with up to 3 minutes allotted per person.

Submit written comments: Written comments must be received by Monday, May 5th, 2025 no later than 4:00 PM. Written comments may be read at the budget committee meeting. Written comments received after the deadline will not be read at the budget committee meeting.
