5. Action Item: Approve request for equipment rental as per School Board Policy KGF EDC - Authorized Use of Equipment and Materials.
Description:
Motion to approve request from Tim Urness to use the Portable Bleachers for Dallesport Drags on August 13th and August 14th, 2016 subject to his providing proof of liability insurance in the amount of $3,000,000.00 naming North Wasco County School District #21 as the additional insured on said policy. All other conditions of Equipment and Materials Use Agreement (KGF-AR) apply.
