RESOLUTION NO. 12.64-24 - RESOLVED that the Board approves the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Corbett School District (CSD) and Multnomah Educational Service District (MESD) for the issuance of an emergency aid loan to CSD as attached in the Board packet.
