At the last meeting, Spencer presented the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal from S+B James Construction for the Crater High School Phase 5C, seismic retrofit, and roof structure replacement. The proposal value is $9,167,085 and includes $521,635 of add alternatives, and $758,587 of contingency funds.
