Description:  Spencer will present an Early Work Proposal from S&B James Construction for site work involved with the MRE gym project. The proposal value is $405,603 and will be included within S&B James Construction's Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract which will be presented to the Board in the coming months.
