Description:  Spencer will present a proposal from S&B James Construction for Early Procurement involved with the Crater High School Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Project Phase 3 through 5. The proposal value is $224,303.00 and will be included within S&B James Construction's Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract which will be presented to the Board in the coming months.

Description:  Spencer will present a proposal from S&B James Construction for Early Procurement involved with the Crater High School Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Project Phase 5 (Trane Equipment). The proposal value is $305,363.00 and will be included within S&B James Construction's Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract which will be presented to the Board in the coming months.

Description:  At the last meeting, Tom presented a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Oregon School Employees Association Chapter 47 and the Central Point School District regarding summer school wages and working conditions for classified employees.

Description:  At the last meeting, Spencer presented Resolution 22-16 to grant an exemption from competitive bidding through the use of the Sole Source Procurement method for fire, life, safety system projects across the district.
