Description:  Tom will present a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Oregon School Employees Association Chapter 47 and the Central Point School District regarding summer school wages and working conditions for classified employees. The Board will be asked to vote on this matter at the May 17, 2022 meeting.

Description:  Spencer will present Resolution 22-16 to grant an exemption from competitive bidding through the use of the Sole Source Procurement method for fire, life, safety system projects across the district. The Board will be asked to vote on this matter at the May 17, 2022 meeting.

Description:  Spencer will present a quote from SBI for Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) for Hanby Middle School. The quote value is $212,572.00 and utilizes an Interstate Cooperative Procurement recognized by the State of Oregon under the King County Directors' Association (KCDA) Contract No. 22-13A.

Description:  Spencer will present a quote from Metal Masters for HVAC equipment and installation in the portable/modular classrooms at Scenic Middle School and Hanby Middle School. The quote value is $152,594.00. The District obtained three (3) separate competitive quotes by reputable local HVAC firms.

Description:  Spencer will present a proposal from S&B James Construction for Early Procurement of HVAC equipment involved with Phases 03-05 of the Scenic Middle School Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) project. The proposal value is $521,424.00 and will be included within S&B James Construction's Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract which will be presented to the Board in June. 

Description:  At the last meeting, Tom presented a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the D6EA and the Central Point School District regarding summer learning programs and compensation for licensed employees.

Description:  Walt will ask the Board to take formal action on the proposed school calendar for the 2022-2023 school year. The calendar meets the requirements of OAR 581-022-1620.
