6.1. Energy Savings Performance Contract with Ameresco - DJ/DJC
Presenter:

Description:
Spencer will present a proposed Energy Savings Performance Contract with Ameresco for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) work at Crater High School, Scenic Middle School and Hanby Middle School. This contract will also encompass efforts to meet the state of Oregon Green Energy Technology (GET) requirements. The contract will be secured through a permissive cooperative procurement based on a competitive bidding process initiated by the City of Medford. This is a proposed contract and is subject to pricing negotiations and project scope.
