X.A. Policy Notice Information From OSBA
Description:
The Families First Coronavirus Response Act ("FFCRA") was not renewed in 2021. Policy GCBDAA/GDBDAA - COVID-19 Related Leave and GCBDAA/GDBDAA-AR(1) (Highly Recommended) and GCBDAA/GDBDAA-AR(2) Form (Optional) created to inform about FFCRA are no longer needed. If the board adopted this policy and implemented its ARs, rescinding of same is now recommended.These policies were reviewed in November and are scheduled to be adopted under the consent aganda. The listed policies in this notice will no longer be adopted.

XI.A. Adopt 2021-22 Local Service Plan

Description:
Pursuant to the laws related to education service districts, the 2021-22 Local Service Plan has been developed for Douglas ESD. Through a series of meetings conducted this year, each district has been actively engaged in planning for programs and services included in the local service plan. It has been thoroughly discussed by all levels of district leadership including superintendents. It must now be considered by local school district boards by the March 1st deadline per ORS 334. 175(5).
