IX.A. Resolution 13-01 Approving Budget Transfers and Appropriations
Description:
The Douglas Education Service District has a need for a greater appropriation in the 2000 Support Services and 5000 Other Uses account numbers than was originally budgeted and; Oregon Local Budget Law, under ORS 294.450, provides that transfers of appropriations may be made within a given fund when authorized by official resolution or ordinance of the governing body.
Proposed Resolution BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Douglas Education Service District hereby adopts Resolution 13-01 Approving Budget Transfers and Appropriations
