I. 5:00-5:15 p.m. Executive Session: The board will convene in executive session to evaluate the employment related performance of the chief executive officer, pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(i).
5:15-5:30 p.m. Executive Session: The board will convene in executive session to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations, pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(d). The board will convene in executive session to consider records that are exempt by law from public inspection, pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(f). All matters discussed during the executive session are confidential and shall not be disclosed by any representation of the news media without authorization of the school board. Executive sessions are not open to the public.
