I. Executive Session:
5:30-5:45 p.m. Executive Session: The school board will convene in executive session to consider the expulsion of a minor student, pursuant to ORS 332.061 (1)(a). All matters discussed during this executive session are confidential and shall not be disclosed by any representative of the news media without authorization by the school board. 5:45-6:15 p.m. Executive Session: The school board will convene in executive session to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed, pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(h). All matters discussed during this executive session are confidential and shall not be disclosed by any representative of the news media without authorization by the school board. 6:15-6:45 p.m. Executive Session: The school board will convene in executive session to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations, pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(d). All matters discussed during this executive session are confidential and shall not be disclosed by any representative of the news media without authorization by the school board. Executive sessions involving deliberations with persons to carry on labor negotiations, or to consider expulsion of a student or matters pertaining to a student's confidential medical records, are not open to the news media. Executive sessions are not open to the public.

Speakers may offer objective comments or criticism about district operations and programs; however, the board will not hear complaints concerning individual district personnel. The district has a board policy for filing a formal complaint against an individual.
