Description:
Immediately following the Regular Board Meeting, the Board will convene in executive session to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations, pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (d).
Executive sessions are not open to the public. Executive sessions involving deliberations with persons designated to carry on labor negotiations, or to consider the expulsion of a student or matters pertaining to a student's confidential medical records, are not open to the news media. |

Description:
The board will convene in executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(h) to consult with its attorney regarding legal rights and duties in regard to current litigation or litigation that is likely to be filed and to consider information or records that are exempt from disclosure by law, including written advice from its attorney as allowed under ORS 192.660(2)(f).
Executive sessions are not open to the public. Executive sessions involving deliberations with persons designated to carry on labor negotiations, or to consider the expulsion of a student or matters pertaining to a student's confidential medical records, are not open to the news media. |
