The Executive Session will be called to order under ORS 192.660(2)(b)(f), "Discipline/Complaints: Used to hear complaints or charges against an employee/public officer. AND Exempt Records: Used to discuss records exempt by law, such as attorney-client privilege, personnel files, or student records." Representatives of the media will be asked to keep information discussed in this meeting confidential.
