Description:  Denyce Kelly will review the financial reports on the Consent Agenda.

 

Description:  Mr. Duff will present the following donations for board approval.

1. $250.00 from Amavi Cellars - School Supplies at Gib Olinger.
2. $100.00 from Meredith Corliss - for clothes at Gib Olinger
3. $350.00 from Rotary Club - FBLA at McLoughlin High School

Description:  Emanuel Hernandez and Miah Cisneros will present the student school board representative report.

Description:  Presenting a couple of bid proposals for the district, for board approval

1. Nor-Pac Seating - Aluminum Bleachers for the Grove Sports Complex - $46,100.00
2. Scoreboard for baseball field - Daktronics BA 2125 - $22,781.00

Description:  Mr. Duff will present the following grant for board acceptance:

1. State of Oregon - Student Success SIA -  $3,445,735.00 for July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2027.

                    
 

Description:  Mr. Duff will present the following Extra Duty Contract(s):

1. Jorge Estrada - Assistant Boys Basketball Coach - Central Middle School
2. Taegen Casey - Assistant Wrestling Coach - Central Middle School.

Description:  Mr. Duff will present the name change of the district auditors, for board approval.

• Pauly Rodgers Auditors for 2025-2026 - name change to Clear Trail CPAS  

Description:  The Thanksgiving Holiday Lunch will be on Thursday,  November 20.  If you want to volunteer to serve lunch or just come eat with students, just let us know.  

Description:  OSBA has started its internal elections cycle.

Description:  Don Miller, Mary Gutierrez, and Claudia Limon will let the board know how the OSBA conference went.
