Description:
Denyce Kelly will review the financial reports on the Consent Agenda.
1. Financial Reports for March, 2020; 2. Minutes of the Regular Board Meeting and Executive Meeting March 9, 2020. 3 . Chairwoman Kain will present the following donations for Board acceptance: a. $612.64 - Art supplies for the Art Literacy for grades K-5 - donated by Judith Hedberg-Duff. b. $250.00 - Art Supplies - $125 for Central and $125 for Mac-Hi - Milton-Freewater Art Club. POSSIBLE MOTION: I MOVE TO (APPROVE/NOT APPROVE) THE CONSENT AGENDA, AS PRESENTED.

5. AMEND BOARD POLICY BDDH.
Description:
Mr. Duff will request the board temporarily amend Board Policy BDDH until regular in-person board meetings resume.
POSSIBLE MOTION: I MOVE THAT WE AMEND TEMPORARILY UNTIL REGULAR IN-PERSON BOARD MEETINGS RESUME, BOARD POLICY BDDH SECTION "PROCEDURES FOR PUBLIC COMMENT AT MEETINGS" TO STRIKE ITEMS 1-6 AND REPLACE THEM WITH THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGE "THE BOARD WILL RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENTS THAT ARE SUBMITTED IN WRITING OR EMAIL TO AARON.DUFF@MILTFREE.K12.OR.US AND RECEIVED AT THE DISTRICT OFFICE AT 1020 S MILL STREET BY 3:00 PM THE DAY OF THE MEETING." , AS PRESENTED. |

Description:
The Board will only accept written public comment for the April 13, 2020 meeting. The Board is committed to the public comment process and will consider all public comment seriously.Please send written comments or testimony to Aaron Duff via email at aaron.duff@miltfree.k12.or.us or deliver to the district office at 1020 S. Mill Street, Milton-Freewater OR by 3:00 pm Monday, April 13. Clearly label the subject line as: “Public comment” or “Testimony” and include the topic. Example: “Public Comment: Assessment.”All written public comment will be posted to Boardbook.Public comments or testimony submitted the morning of the Board meeting or during the Board meeting will be posted to Boardbook within 48 business hours.The Board sincerely appreciates your input, and thanks you for your participation.
