Description:  "Secretary please start the recording.  Call to order the February 13, 2026 Work Session of the Eagle Point School District 9 Board of Directors."

Description: 

     Chair: Ask for a motion to convene in Executive Session under
     ORS 192.660(2)(a) and(b), Employment of Employee.
 
    Chair: "Secretary, please stop the recording."

Description:       Chair: "Is the employee seeking an appeal hearing present? This
     appeal is an opportunity to utilize the process documented in the
     Board Policy GBNA and GBNA-AR." Would the employee prefer the
     appeal hearing be held in an executive or public session?  

     Employee will say Executive Session.

     Chair: reference policy GBNA-AR title and page 3 step 4. Following
     the policy reference, the employee shall give their report and the
     Board will listen. The Board may ask clarifying questions.

     To close the hearing, the Chair will say,"Thank you for this information.
     The Board will provide a written response to you no later than Monday,
     March 2nd, which is the 10 working day deadline per the policy cited
     earlier." Thank you.

     Note: Return to Public Session following the hearing and say,
    "Secretary, please restart the recording."
