Board Chair: "As the Chair of the EPSD9 School Board acting as the Local Contract Review Board, I open the public hearing to review findings supporting an exemption from competitive bidding requirements and use of the construction manager/general contractor method of procurement." Board Chair: "The public hearing is now open." Public opportunity for comment Board Chair: "The public hearing is now closed. Is there a motion?" Suggested Motion: "I move to approve 2025-26 Resolution No. 2 to exempt the Upper Table Rock Elementary Gymnasium Seismic Rehabilitation Project from the competitive bidding requirements of ORS 279C.335, and to authorize the use of a Construction Manager/General Contractor in accordance with ORS 279C.337, District public contracting rules, and the process described in the Findings." |
