I.F. EXECUTIVE SESSION

Description:
The Molalla River School District board of education will hold an executive session for the purpose of hearing complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent who does not request and open hearing. In addition, this meeting will be held for the purpose consulting with legal counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regards to current litifation or litigation likely to be filed. The executive session is being held pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(b) and ORS 192.660 (2)(h).
