2. PUBLIC COMMENT
Anyone wishing to speak to the Board is asked to complete the "Request for Public Comment Form" that has been provided on the table outside the Board Room. The request form along with your written speaking notes and handouts, must be submitted prior to the meeting to the Board Secretary. A group of visitors with a common purpose should designate a spokesperson for the group. A time limit of three minutes for oral presentation has been set by the Committee. An individual or designated spokesperson for a group shall be recognized by the Chair and asked to come forward to podium and identify yourself by giving your full name, name of organization, agency, or group you are speaking for, and the purpose of your appearing.
