Description:  This is an opportunity for members of the school district to address the Board.  During this portion of the agenda the Board and administration will listen to comments; however, the Board will not respond to questions.  Since this is a meeting of the Board to conduct the business of the School District, this portion of the agenda will be limited to a total of not more than 30 minutes and individual speakers are asked to limit their comments to not more than 3 minutes.  When called upon to speak, please state your name, address and topic for your comments.

Description:  Items on the consent agenda are deemed to be routine, non-controversial and/or similar in content to items which have already been discussed and do not require further discussion.  The consent agenda is approved by one vote of the board.  An item may be removed from the consent agenda for discussion by request of a board member prior to approval of the agenda.
