Description:
A copy of the resolution has been included. Termination and Nonrenewal of Probationary Teachers are for a number of reasons including hired after August 10th, performance, budget reductions, and non-licensure. Written notice will be served to each individual upon approval of the resolution. An employee may request in writing, the specific reason for their termination and nonrenewal.

Description:
With the hiring of a grant writer, numerous grants and proposals will be prepared on behalf of
Waconia District 110. Many grants and proposals have short timelines, and require District authorization. Rather than seek Board permission for each individual grant, the School Board is asked to delegate authority to the Superintendent to act on behalf of the School Board for grant applications and proposals. |
