59.50 acres of land located in Comal County, Texas, out of a 79.50 acre tract retained by the District out 100.000 acres in the S.A. & M.G. Railroad Survey No. 283 and the William Mockford Survey No. 285, Comal County, Texas, after conveyance of 19.60 acres, out of such 100 Acre Tract by Deed recorded in the Official Public Records, Comal County, Texas.  The 59.50 acre tract to be conveyed includes all property in such 79.50 acre tract, SAVE AND EXCEPT a 20 acre tract located adjacent and parallel to the Southeast property line of the Hunter’s Creek Subdivision, which will be retained by the District.
