4.A. Consultation with District legal counsel regarding legal and procedural matters relating to FNG (LOCAL) Level Three Hearing - Texas Government Code section 551.071: for purposes of a private consultation with the Board's attorney on any or all subjects or matters authorized by law. 

4.B. Conduct an appeal hearing pursuant to Board Policy FNG (LOCAL) and deliberations regarding the same. - Texas Government Code 551.0821: for the purpose of deliberating a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation.

5. Reconvene to Open Session

6. Consideration and Possible action regarding Level Three appeal pursuant to Board Policy FNG (LOCAL)
