That the Board of Education approve the Administration's recommendation to enter into an agreement with the parent of the student referred to as Student A-23/24 in closed session under which the student will be placed at an alternative school for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year.

That the Board of Education approve the Administration's recommendation for a two year placement at an alternative school in lieu of expulsion for the student referred to in closed session as Student B-23/24.
