A.4.a. if to survey stakeholders (school and district administration, faculty, staff, students, and community) whether or not they desire the adoption of a policy to address naming and renaming of facilities, buildings, areas, rooms, etc., AND

A.4.b. if yes, then develop survey instruments for stakeholder groups, and determine timeline for survey distribution, collection of data, review/analysis of survey data, and decision for policy development process, and recommendation to Board; and proceed to 8. below; OR |
A.4.c. if no, then proceed to 5. below.

A.5. Discuss and decide on naming facilities policy options for recommendation to the Board, and timeline for same.
