Description:
RTA Grievance regarding salary schedule placement for Victoria Purkey.
SUGGESTED RESOLUTION That the Roscommon Area Public Schools Board of Education recognizes the purpose of a grievance under a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) is to provide a formal mechanism for employees to resolve disputes or complaints related to the interpretation, application, or alleged violation of the terms and conditions outlined in the CBA. This grievance does / does not violate the current collective bargaining agreement as such, the grievance is approved / denied. |
