5. Approve the minutes of the Regular and Closed Meeting held on September 14, 2026.

6.A. Consider approval of bills as presented in the amount of $5,285,443.81 be authorized; that salaries for the month of October 2026 be authorized; that quick pay for September 2026 in the amount of $1,530,550.07 be approved; and that November 2026 salaries and bills to be quick paid be authorized.

6.B. Accept Principal Reports.

6.C. Adopt the district calendar for the 2027-2028 school year. First day for students is August 16, 2026.

6.D. Approve payment to the City of Cahokia Heights for School Resource Officers.

6.E. Approve the Independent Contractor Agreement with Felicia Rush-Taylor.
|
|
6.F. Approve a stipend for Natasha Smith and Stacey McClusky until Special Education IT position is filled.

6.G. Authorize administration to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with A.R.C. Angels Foundation.

6.H. Authorize administration to enter into an agreement with Illinois Principals Association to provide mentoring to its administrators.

6.I. Authorize administration to enter into a district server replacement lease with ByteSpeed.

6.J. Accept the hearing officer's recommendation from the discipline hearing held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, to expel a seventh grade student #27463 for the remainder of the 2026-2027 school year. However, the expulsion will be placed in abeyance under the conditions that the student attends the Academic and Character Development Center (ACDC) with a 90% attendance rate and passing grades for the first semester.
