9.A. Consider amending the time of the regular Board of Education meetings to 6:30 p.m.

Consider adopting Resolution #23-29 authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Lease Certificates (Alternate Revenue Source) of the District in an amount not to exceed $89,000,000 pursuant to the Local Government Debt Reform Act of the State of Illinois, as amended, for the purpose of building and equipping a new school building and improving the site thereof.

9.C. Consider adopting Resolution #23-30 declaring the intention to issue $25,000,000 Working Cash Fund Bonds of the District for the purpose of increasing the Working Cash Fund of the District, and directing that notice of such intention be published in the manner provided by law.

Consider adopting Resolution #23-31 setting forth and describing in detail claims heretofore authorized and allowed for proper school purposes which are presently outstanding and unpaid, declaring the intention to issue $25,000,000 bonds for the purpose of paying claims against the District and directing that notice of such intention be published as provided by law.
