4. Approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on March 13, 2023.

5. Consider approval of bills as presented in the amount of $230,287.94 be authorized; that salaries for the month of April 2023 be authorized; that quick pay for March 2023 in the amount of $456,931.15 be approved; and that May 2023 salaries and bills to be quick paid be authorized.

6. Requests signed by interested citizens who attend the Board of Education meeting who request to speak to the Board.

7.A. Appoint Belinda Bahn as Head Teacher at Maplewood School, effective February 21, 2023.
|
7.B. Approve an Intermittent Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leave for Sara Cunningham, Teacher at Huffman School, effective March 8, 2023 through April 10, 2023. Ms. Cunningham will be using her accumulated sick and personal leave in conjunction with her FMLA leave and will be docked for the remainder of her leave. Commencement or termination of this leave may be adjusted.

7.C. Accept the written resignation of Stacy Diekmann as a School Psychologist, effective June 30, 2023.

7.D. Accept the written resignation of Lavern Giles, Special Education Teacher, effective at the close of the 2022-2023 school year.

7.E. Amend the resignation date of Chanda Hill, Social Worker, from May 26, 2023 to the close of the 2022-2023 school year.

7.F. Amend the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leave for Jennifer Mammen, Teacher at E. Morris School, effective March 6, 2023, through the close of the 2022-2023 school year. Ms. Mammen will be using her accumulated sick and personal days in conjunction with her FMLA leave and be docked for the remainder of her leave. Commencement or termination of this leave may be adjusted.

7.G. Accept the written resignation of Mary Mueller as Head Teacher at E. Morris School, effective March 16, 2023.

7.H. Accept the written resignation of Gerold Nave Jr., Principal at Cahokia High School, effective June 30, 2023.

7.I. Accept the written resignation of Melissa Thomas, Teacher at Huffman School, effective at the close of the 2027-2028 school year. Ms. Thomas is requesting to retire under Article 50 - Early Retirement Incentive of the Cahokia Federation of Teachers contract. Ms. Thomas would also like to reserve the right to apply for any additional state retirement incentives that may become available before her retirement date.

7.J. Accept the written resignation of Joann Tucker, Substitute Teacher at Estelle Sauget School of Choice, effective March 15, 2023.
