Description:
Recommended Action: Motion: Move to approve the Resolution to Transfer Monies
from the Operations and Maintenance Fund to the Debt Service Fund. School districts that do not have a bond and interest fund need to transfer monies that are used for debt payments to a Debt Service Fund annually at the end of the fiscal year. This is handled as an audit adjustment but for purposes of transparency this is on the Board agenda. |

11. Semi-Annual Review of Closed Session Minutes*

11.1. Disposition of Closed Session Minutes*
Description:
Every six months, the BOE reviews the closed session minutes and determines whether
they need to remain closed or can be opened. They are generally left closed, however, the Board reviews them and makes a decision based on the merits of each set of minutes. Recommended Action: Motion; Move to maintain as (closed or open) the following closed session minutes; August 20, 2024, and September 24, 2024. |
11.2. Disposition of Closed Session Audio Recordings*
Description:
All audio recordings of the Board Meeting Closed Sessions that are at least 18 months
old should be disposed of and we do this in conjunction with our closed minutes review semi-annually. Recommended Action: Motion; Move to dispose of the closed session recordings for the following meetings: July 10, 2023, and August 22, 2023. |
