8.C Resolution providing for the issue of not to exceed $29,000,000 Taxable General Obligation School Bonds, Series 2020, for the purpose of increasing the Working Cash Fund of the School District, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds, and authorizing the sale of said bonds to the purchaser thereof.

8.D Resolution authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $8,000,000 Taxable 2019 Educational Purposes Tax Anticipation Warrants in anticipation of the collection of taxes levied for the year 2019, by the Board of Education for educational purposes and authorizing the sale of said warrants to the purchaser thereof.
