For new hires, the indicated rates are consistent with current negotiated agreements and Board approved rates of pay. All rates/salaries listed do not include fringe benefits. |

I.O. Reject Bid - 2015 Roofing Projects - Apollo, Roosevelt, Discovery, Oak Hill, Talahi, and District Services Building
The Administration recommends that the Board of Education reject the bids for 2015 Roofing Projects - Apollo, Roosevelt, Discovery, Oak Hill, Talahi, and District Services Building. The bid price was compared to the U.S. Communities Contract price, and the U.S. Communities price is lower by $189,297.00. A bid tabulation is attached.

I.P. U.S. Communities Contract - 2015 Roofing Projects - Apollo, Roosevelt, Discovery, Oak Hill, Talahi, and District Services Building
The Administration recommends that the Board of Education enter into a contract under the U.S. Communities Contract with Design-Build Solutions, Inc. (DBS), a subsidiary of Garland Industries for 2015 Roofing Projects - Apollo, Roosevelt, Discovery, Oak Hill, Talahi, and District Services Building in the amount of $3,242,403.00. This project will be funded with Deferred Maintenance Funds. |
I.Q. Bid Award - Network Data Equipment (E-Rate)
The Administration recommends that the Board of Education reject the bid for Network Data Equipment (E-Rate). The bids received were over budget. A bid tabulation is attached.

II.A. Madison Renovation (DISCUSSION)
Kevin Januszewski, Executive Director of Business Services, will present information about possible renovations at Madison Elementary School to accommodate the increase in enrollment. A copy of the maps showing Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the project are attached.
