7.a. Discussion and action to consider an order authorizing the defeasance and redemption of a portion of the District's outstanding unlimited tax bonds and approving all other instruments and procedures related thereto.

Discussion and action to adopt a Resolution making findings under Texas Tax Code Section 26.042(e) regarding the March 2025 severe storm and flooding disaster declared by the Governor for Hidalgo County, and authorizing adoption of a Tax Year 2026 maintenance and operations tax rate exceeding the District's voter-approval tax rate without an election.

7.c. Discussion and action to approve Tax Year 2026 Tax Rate Calculation Worksheet, including the no-new-revenue tax rate and voter-approval tax rate calculated for the District.

7.d. Discussion and action to adopt the Edcouch-Elsa ISD Tax Rate for Tax Year 2026 (2026-2027 school year), including a maintenance and operations tax rate and an interest and sinking fund tax rate, at a total tax rate that exceeds the District's voter-approved tax rate.
