8. Public Participation: Members of the public, especially residents of District 300, are welcome to contribute during public participation. Interested members of the public may submit written comments to be read during Public Participation by completing the form available at www.d300.org/VirtualBoardMeeting. The form may be submitted beginning at 3pm on Monday February 21st and must be submitted no later than 3pm on February 22, 2022. Comments may also be submitted in writing and dropped off in the D300 dropbox outside the front doors of the District 300 Central Office located at 2550 Harnish Drive, Algonquin, Illinois following the same time parameters. Participants must: be 18 or over to submit a comment. If you are under 18, please have a parent/legal guardian provide the comment on your behalf. Your public comment must include your full name. You are not permitted to mention the names of specific staff members or students in your submission. Public Participation will be limited to two hours total with each comment limited to three minutes. Based on the number of comments submitted, all comments may not be read within the two hours. Comments will be read in the order they are received. Any link to a website will not be read.
