9.1. Deliberation and possible approval of the Superintendent's Annual Appraisal Form/Instrument for the 2025-2026 School Year.

9.2. Deliberation and possible approval of Policy Update 126, from the 89th Legislative Session, as presented.

9.3. Deliberation and possible approval to decline the LOCAL Policy Update Changes, from Update 126, for the following policies: 

• DGBA (LOCAL) — Personnel-Management Relations: Employee Complaints/Grievances
• FNG (LOCAL) — Student Rights and Responsibilities: Student and Parent Complaints/Grievances
