9.1. Approve Superintendent's Annual Appraisal Forms for the 2023-2024 School Year

9.2. Deliberation and possible approval to appoint current Board Member, Linsey Harwell, to assume the duties of Board Secretary on an interim basis.  This is necessary because of the temporary absence of our current Board Secretary, Bryan Berry.

9.3. Deliberation and possible approval of Resolution of the Board of Trustees Designating Non-Business Days for the Purpose of the Texas Public Information Act for Calendar Year 2024.
