4. The board may convene to an executive session under section 19.85(f) of the Wisconsin State statutes to consider the board's response to a complaint involving noncompliance, which could include, but not be limited to, appointing an independent investigator to investigate the complaint.

4.A. The board may convene into executive session to consider approving an employee retirement and retirement agreement proposal pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats.

5. Reconvene to open session to take action on closed session items as necessary.
