Description:
Chad Smurawa will provide a 3-Year District Budget Overview with the most current state and federal aid information that is available. The intent is to provide context as 2022-23 budget parameters are set.

5. Update on the Construction Manager at Risk and Architect agreements
Description:
Chad Smurawa is working with our attorney at Weld Riley to formalize the contract language with LHB (new district architect/engineer) and Kraus Anderson (Construction Manager at Risk). This process is likely to last a few weeks as specific legal contract language is adjusted and negotiated between the parties.

6. Update on the Renaissance Charter Academy relocation
Description:
Short Term Relocation Update:
Administration conducted a walk-thru of two properties in River Falls with Ross & Associates the week of November 29. Ross is working to develop budgets for each of the two options. LHB engineers are engaged to assist in the next steps in the process. Long Term Relocation Update: Administration received the majority 'Due Diligence' information related to the two sites under consideration. The final report is expected by the December F&F meeting. Kraus Anderson and LHB are working with the district to conduct additional due diligence and site planning. The most current information will be shared at the meeting. Recommended Action: None, informational only.
