Description:
Background: Joe Haselman, Director of Buildings and Grounds, is recommending the following job description revisions. The goal is to clarify the qualifications, responsibilities, and expectations for each position. The proposed job descriptions positions will replace the general Maintenance Lead job description. In addition, a revised Maintenance Technician II (approved in May, 2019) will be presented.
Recommended Action: Approve Maintenance Department Job Descriptions as presented. |
5. CONSIDERATION AND/OR ACTION TO APPROVE MIDDLE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL AND ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL JOB DESCRIPTION REVISIONS
Description:
Background: The Meyer Middle School administrative team is proposing the following revisions to the principal and assistant principal job descriptions. The revisions reflect current responsibilities and align to the WI-Principal Framework.
Recommended Action: Approve Meyer Middle School Principal and Meyer Middle School Assistant Principal job description revisions as presented. |
6. COMPENSATION ANALYSIS PROJECT UPDATE
Description:
Background: A summary of the 10-22-19 Steering Committee Meeting will be shared. Staffing strategies to collect compensation data will be discussed.

7. DETERMINE POTENTIAL FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
Description:
Background: Discussion regarding potential future agenda items to be included on upcoming meeting agendas.
Recommended Action: Determine future agenda items as needed. |
