Thinking about Wednesday night...here’s what’s in front of us.

Motto - yes or no?

For further conversation but I really like the thought of 1TRIBE. It seems to have been adopted by some of the coaches this year.

Core Values - yes (what are they?)

Do we want to build off the word tribe or have stand alone core values (3-5 values)? Do some thinking about this before you arrive on Wednesday.

Beliefs - written in conjunction with community, faculty/staff and admin. team. Are we comfortable adopting the belief statements as they are currently written?

Mission - Currently written on the score card. Remember this is a statement of what we do at Jim Ned CISD. Look at what has been written and be ready to discuss.

Vision - Currently written on the score card. Personally I think we have some work to do here. Remember this is a statement of what it looks like when we achieve or arrive.

  Examples:

  Canadian - Excellence: Every Child, Every Day
  Graham - Excellence in all we do
  Fredericksburg- inspiring excellence
